“We the community of Riet River, Mount Vernon, Verulam, would like to give a huge thank you to The Pink Room Foundation for all they have done for us. The hamper packs plus the everyday sandwich deliveries helped the community a lot. For many families, that was their meal for the day. We would like to thank them from the bottom of our hearts; you guys have no idea what this means to many of us. And also a huge thanks to The Pink Room Foundation members who took out their time to do this for us. They were absolutely wonderful and so friendly with us. They spoke to us with the utmost respect. We really appreciate it. Thank you Pink Room Foundation.”

Dear Cristine,
I would like to commend you and your immediate team at The Pink Room Foundation for the amazing work you are doing for our local community.
As the saying goes Service to Humanity, is Service to God and we have watched you live this and not just speak it, irrespective of Race, Creed or Colour.
On behalf of the employees at Skyworth and myself, we are grateful for you allowing us the opportunity to join your amazing team, at the Stonebridge Primary School, the charity chosen for the Mandela Day project.
We acknowledge that even due to the lack of sponsorship, you have donated your personal funds to ensure that the kids at the school now have a, fun and safe play area as well as a decent seating area to have their meals.
We are grateful for the Hospitality you have shown us whilst assisting you on the 18th July 2022, the Skyworth team were also really appreciative of the refreshments and meals provided.
Management and Staff of Skyworth would like to wish The Pink Room Foundation all the best in your future endeavours.
Look forward to working with you on future projects, God Bless you and your team!
Gavin Packreeappen - SHEQ and Site Officer
The Principal, Staff, SGB and learners of Stonebridge Primary School wish to place on record our sincere thanks & appreciation to Christine Panday of Skyworth and The Pink Foundation and her team for your generous sponsorship of the learners play and recreational area on Mandela Day. Our learners are thoroughly enjoying playing in this beautiful recreational area and the joy on their faces and happy laughter bears testimony to your unparalleled support and kind gesture towards making their lives memorable at school.
It is most pleasing to note that your esteemed company has extended a helping hand towards our school Stonebridge Primary which is in dire need of many items. We would like to express our heartfelt gratitude to you for the following.
- Tables and benches
- Sand Pit
- Jungle Gym
- Hopscotch Area
- Paintings and signs
- Maintenance and cleanliness
Thank you once again for your kindness, generosity and unstinting support towards Stonebridge Primary.
Mrs L Govender - Acting Principal, Stonebridge School
I’ve seen many NPO’s that start up and go off track as a result of the lack of determination….. But The Pink Room is one of its kind!
Cristine is a true ambassador of helping others and what we call seva from a religious perspective.
It is her selflessness and sheer determination that has laid the foundation for the Pink Room and established an organisation that seeks to assist underprivileged individuals in all aspects of their life, from providing the basic needs such as toiletries to providing blankets, feeding precious children in our schools and setting up playgrounds, to help our children grow and develop through play.
I feel humbled and blessed to be part of a great initiative, led by a humble person, who seeks only to benefit and be a blessing to others.
All the best to Cristine and the team at The Pink Room, continue to push boundaries with resilience and achieve your full potential!!
Kind regards
