Also in the month of June, the Pink Room Foundation rallied funds and donations to provide basic necessity hamper packs to the community of Riet River in Verulam, consisting of 78 households and 250 individuals. Each household received basic need items, such as toothbrushes and toothpastes, soap and wash cloths, lotions, toilet rolls, blankets and diapers for babies, for each person in their home. Our team as well as our volunteers distributed these hamper packs along with 250 sponsored hotdogs and cool drinks to each individual on Friday, 08 July 2022.
